Note: I would encourage you to stretch your criteria a little
in either direction. If you enter a 3 bed minimum you will
not be notified if a home becomes available that is 2 beds
& a den. If you enter $390,000 as your maximum price
range you won't see anything that becomes available at $400,000
and sometimes sellers try to over price their homes thinking
that someone will bring an offer if they are interested.
I would suggest stretching your max price by about 5% higher
than your actual max (Just in case).
