Mar 24, 2010 When my husband and I decided it was time to put the house on the market, we played with the idea of trying to sell privately. We were quite honest with Dan of our intentions and our indecision of which way to go. Dan was patient and informative on the benefits of using a realtor and because he put no pressure on our decision, we felt comfortable giving him a chance to show us what he could do. Dan immediately had a sign on the lawn and the main road, as well as an effective write up with pictures on his website. The house sold within 24 hours of him signing on with the listing. Throughout this (short) process, he was ALWAYS able to be reached, and if he wasn't available right away, he would call back quickly. We would trust Dan again to take on future houses and would highly recommend him to friends because we honestly could not have asked for a better realtor. Chris & Sharon Burdge _____
Mar 23, 2010 If you're looking for a great realtor ... look no further than Dan Johnson. He made selling our home easy and stress free. He sold it in only 2 weeks! He was there for us with any questions we had - morning, noon or night. He was very polite and personable, making sure all or our needs were met. We really felt like he cared and was on our side. He also made buying our new home a fun and exciting process. All in all - a great experience. Selling your house and moving has got to be one of the most stressful things a person can ever do. In between working two jobs and helping tenants find new accommodations, I was not sure I could handle it. I wanted the best possible price in the shortest possible time. A good friend recommended Dan Johnson to me from Pemberton-Holmes Real Estate Co. He came out to the house early the next morning and we met for coffee. Dan is a friendly, easy-going guy who knows his job very well. His confidence put me at great ease, and the feeling of panic in my stomach soon gave way to relief when he sold my house within one week at my asking price. I have to keep pinching myself to make sure I am not dreaming. I am not sure if Dan knows how much he has helped me, as a realtor who really gives it everything he's got, and as a friendly empathetic human being who will stop and talk with his stressed out clients in the middle of his busy workday. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone who wants to sell their house with a minimum of stress and fuss. He operates with maximum efficiency and I am so grateful for his patience and understanding. Unfortunately, In past times we were not too pleased about services we received from realtors and felt that we had to be careful with the ‘face-value’ of information given to us from a realtor.
