I have been in the “people business” for years and am a strong yet very friendly negotiator. I've lived in the Cowichan Valley most of my life and can give you honest feedback about various areas. This business (or most businesses for that matter) is more about people than anything else. People want service and people want you to “hear” what they’re saying. I ask questions and listen carefully so that I can help YOU get what YOU want. Personally, I have a long term goal. My goal is not just to sell your home for you or help you buy a home, it’s to have you become a very happy client who will gladly refer me as “your local realtor” to your friends and family, and trust me with your future real estate needs..

I have lived in the Cowichan Valley most of my life and absolutely love it! Beautiful trees, ocean, lakes, rivers, mountains, great fishing and four distinct seasons…ahhhhhhh. Does it get any better? I attended Tansor Elementary, Mt Prevost & Cowichan Senior Secondary right here in the Cowichan Valley. I married my beautiful wife Sue in 1994 and we have 3 great kids :o)

When I was 23 yrs old, I started a hot air balloon business giving people rides in our 4 man balloon. That was a really cool business, but it didn’t last long. After that I worked with the mentally challenged for 8 yrs right here in the Cowichan Valley and enjoyed it thoroughly. It was a great experience and very rewarding.

Most of my business experience is in networking and the communications industry. I worked with an International Telecom company from 1999 – 2004 and had the opportunity to travel throughout North America and Europe building their customer base and training representatives. I learned a lot about customer service, people, and the importance of effective and regular communication. I also learned a lot about building teams where people worked together to achieve common goals.

Since beginning my real estate career, I have won several awards and have been in the top 10% of Pemberton Holmes’ agents consistently. I have been a Pemberton Holmes’ top producing REALTOR® in Duncan since its’ inception in 2008!
